Depending on your project, Dimitri can introduce you to a partner who helps prepare and strengthen your application before it is submitted to banks. Support for residents and non-residents, individuals and business clients.
Financing approval remains at the bank’s discretion. This support does not guarantee approval, an interest rate or a loan amount.
For certain eligible residential mortgages, financing may reach 80% of the property value, with a term of up to 25 years. These limits do not automatically apply to non-residents or business loans: terms depend on the applicant, property and bank. Contact Dimitri to discuss your circumstances.
