Both sources agree on this overall split. The MIRA website reviewed on 10 October 2026 lists 5% at months 6, 12, 18, 24 and 28 after booking, then 5% at handover. Afterwards: 5% at month 3, 5% at month 6, then ten quarterly 4% payments from month 9 to month 36.
The PDF gives a different frequency: 5% every six months during construction and “5% every four months” afterwards. The latter does not fully reconcile with 50% over 36 months. Handover is Q3 2029 in the PDF and Q1 2029 on MIRA’s website. 2029 is indicative; request the dated contractual schedule for your unit before booking.
