An official announcement with a defined scope

On 20 November 2025, the Ras Al Khaimah Government Media Office announced an agreement between the airport and Falcon Executive Aviation to develop and operate a private aviation facility. Plans include a 1,500 m² VVIP terminal, an 8,000 m² hangar and 9,000 m² of apron and aircraft parking. The announcement envisaged approximately fifteen months of construction and opening in Q1 2027. That timetable is not confirmation that the facility is operational.

VVIP does not mean more scheduled flights

A private aviation terminal supports jets and their passengers. By itself it does not establish that a new Paris service will launch, fares will fall or the commercial terminal will gain capacity. This briefing concerns the documented VVIP programme. For relocation, check destinations, frequencies and schedules actually available for your travel dates, including other UAE airports.

For property: one factor, not proof

Our assessment is that the infrastructure may support high-end international arrivals. But a private jet arrival does not necessarily create a tenant for your apartment. Match the intended use to realistic demand: holiday home, long-term rental or personal use. Purchase price, charges and competing supply remain decisive. The official communication mentions fifteen minutes to major resorts; we do not turn that general statement into a guaranteed journey time for a specific unit.

Useful checks before travelling

For a viewing, request a route from your arrival airport to the exact building and test it at your intended time. Check connections, car rental, parking and school journeys if moving with children. Before purchasing, also request a dated update on construction and the announced opening. The Wynn briefing and neighbourhood comparison below put the announcement in a wider decision framework.
